After Effects Tutorial – Compositing a Poke’ball

If you like Poke’mon like us, and you want to learn how to composite a 3D Poke’ball in After Effects watch this tutorial, follow the steps and start compositing your Poke’ball.

Compositing a Poke’ball – Step by Step Tutorial

  1. First, you need to import a panoramic picture to After Effects.

  2. The next step is to add a Camera Track to the panoramic picture.

  3. Then we imported the 3D Poke’ball that we created in Cinema 4D. Watch this video to Create 3D Poke’ball in Cinema 4D from scratch.

  4. After we did some color corrections to the Poke’ball we managed to get the correct result.
